The course will deal with legal strategies arising when buying and selling privately owned businesses and will feature high level discussions led by senior practitioners, including Billy Garton, and will focus on the strategies employed by these experienced lawyers in advising their clients when completing a business acquisition. Aimed at the busy senior business lawyer, this full day of shorter topics will provide a large amount of key information in a short amount of time.
